It's an interesting movie. I've never seen anything like it. But maybe it has lost its context but I don't think the satire/message or whatever is very deep. They still kinda made JD and Veronica cool for some reason. This is not nihilism or anarchism or whatever. It's just a few teenagers who are weak to peer pressures trying to make their insecurities seem cool. And the fact that some film watchers thought there's something more to it kinda proved the point of the film.
