How many foreshadowing?

I had a hard time watching episodes 1 and 2 of the first season of Hannibal. Vague thoughts: 1. Hannibal said: They got it. (An accomplice who has not met) 2. Hopps was shot ten times by the little curl and said: I see. (I only know that there is this cannibal senior, the first time I saw it, the direction of falling to the ground is facing the door, and then the little curly hair was saving the girl. And the little curly hair camera turned this scene, and he was also thinking about that. Why did Hopps say that?) 3. The little curly hair felt that he had an accomplice, and the camera turned to the undead girl lying on the bed. (Hannibal was at the bedside of this stranger to him before.) 4. Little Curly Hair dreamed of the elk leaving in the hospital, does it mean that the accomplice is not the girl on this bed at all, but someone else people. (What kind of heart did Hannibal eat?)
