I watched "The Silence of the Lambs" about nineteen years ago. At that time, I was too young and didn't think it was exciting at all. I only knew it was a classic, but I didn't know how to appreciate it.
A few years ago, I heard from a friend about the show "Hannibal" and recommended it to me. I thought to myself, can the star of "Hannibal" be better than Anthony Hopkins? I've watched a lot of sci-fi horror movies, and I think it's really boring to watch ogres. At that time, I was young, and the aesthetics were still different from now.
Now I finally watch "Hannibal" - I feel a little bit late to enter the pit...
But thinking about it again, I was afraid that I was not ready to watch this show psychologically and aesthetically. Maybe it was a good thing that I didn't watch it at that time. Because this drama extremely challenges the ordinary three views and the ability to withstand blood. But now, apart from those bloody real scenes that are so reductive that they are so terrifying, I can now appreciate the transformation and psychological transformation process between the two protagonists from a psychological point of view that I fully understand. It's not pleasing to the eye, but it's pleasing.
Although I have only watched a few episodes of the first season, I have already sighed that this drama is a psychological high-energy drama. As for solving a case, some people say that solving a case with a teacup is similar to a magic stick. I think the critics may not really understand the essence of this drama. The solving of the case and the analysis of the case are not the focus at all, the focus is on the description of the spirit and soul, and the key is to create two extraordinary protagonists.
In my eyes, this drama is transcendental as a psychoanalytical psychodrama, where magic imitation and reality are intertwined into a unique anti-social, transcending social and universal moral revelation. Of course, I haven't read the original, and I'm probably shallow because I haven't seen much of the actual psychodrama.
But the charm of this show is really worthy of praise.
I think if the show wasn't so bloody, the audience might be much more popular; but then, there is the suspicion of glorifying the murder, and it is true that the bloody scenes must be shown to warn the audience (and frighten the audience) - so terrified The scene, no wonder Will gradually collapsed from normal...
However, Hannibal's deep voice and his calm and restrained performance are admirable elegance and perfection - a perfect interpretation of a man's charm It is not the appearance or age, but the connotation, cultivation, and the ultimate manifestation of thought.
Not much to say, continue to watch the show.
