Although they were born in completely different environments, they both possessed extraordinary talents. One is responsible for sabotage in the city, and the other is responsible for maintaining normal order. As megamind said, if there is yin, there must be yang, and if there are villains, there must be heroes, but without villains, heroes will become bad.
