When I watched this film, I was just watching Tim’s nympho mentality. It’s like watching 60 seconds of extreme speed. I was really speechless to Nicholas Cage. Every time I saw Nico’s frog eyes, I would jump into the scene, just for Tim’s appearance. Few minutes. But in the last few minutes of the dialogue in the first episode of FireWire, I was moved, and only then did I understand the first act of the opening, which echoed from the beginning to the end, and discovered the connotation of the film.
At the beginning of the first episode, Tim shot and killed the criminal, calling himself self-defense. But there are also Tim’s own psychological hints that put pressure on criminals, causing the criminals to be unable to resist the pressure and draw their guns. Many police films or medical films have gray areas in justice. If you don’t use black and white to judge certain behaviors, perhaps This should not be done, but only the person who executes it knows whether it is worth it or not. The balance of the two benefits takes the more important, and the balance of the two evils takes the lesser. This is the place where humanity is brilliant.
Finally, attach a dialogue:
guess i just never thought of myself as an angry man
well, you do a good job of hiding it and i suppose most folks don't see it,but, honestly, youire the angriest man i have ever knows
