Why is there no such movie in a certain country?

Personal heroism, fantasy to protect the whole world, sense of responsibility, belonging to veterans. These are not available in any country. Why wouldn't a certain country make such a movie, because it was afraid that it would ruin the people's rise. This is an irresponsible country, this is a country that does not need heroes, this is a country that cannot be bloody, this is a country that does not need to make its own decisions, this is a country that does not respect history and veterans, this is A silent country.
