It's a low-budget drama, and I really like the setting of the plot. It's much better than those scary horror movies with ghosts coming out at every turn. My favorite scene where the lights in the basement turn off the three blind men is the scariest. But there are too many small bugs in this film, such as the heroine whose money is more important than life, and the veteran soldier who is immortal, all of which are quite entertaining. In general, it's not bad. It's not vulgar for the purpose of being deliberately scary. It's better to be innovative, and with so many points, there is always one point that can scare you.
