Looking around for people to eat, infecting viruses, and making them of the same kind. Anything that is different from human cognition will be attacked by zombies and eventually assimilated. If you resist the zombie attack, one result is that you will be destroyed by the group, and only bones will be left, and not even bones will be left. The second is to survive, then you must have enough strength - ammunition supply, rescue team, anti-chemical team...; the third is survivor, living a life of hiding in the east, doing whatever it takes for a little food and ammunition .
Assimilation is not as fast as in the movies, and the road to death and destruction is not like a light switch, which can be completed in an instant! It is a process, talking to you about money, house, diploma, monthly income, car, savings. Slowly you will be assimilated and become a walking dead, and you will get used to it. The downhill road is always very smooth. There will be no survivors around to talk to you about music, reading, movies (not soap operas), and what kind of accomplishments you have in your spare time? There was a movie "Tear Doomsday" when the nuclear war broke out. After the war, the rulers injected the survivors with emotional-eliminating agents, so that there was no emotion between people. I was amazed and realized that some people don't deserve TMD at all. Have emotions!
The more we get to the end, the more desperate we feel. The task of survivors is not to find antibodies, escort anti-venom, develop anti-viral vaccines... as great as in Hollywood blockbusters, but to find survivors like us , to live together, only or there is hope!
I am fortunate that I have not been assimilated by this group of zombies. There are zombies everywhere. If I am surrounded, I will either die, be gnawed into bones, or be assimilated; if this moment really comes, I choose the former! To be a body without soul and life, I would rather choose death as the end! Perhaps this is the hidden message the writers want to convey to the audience at the end.
Uncontaminated islets do not exist, nor does antiviral serum. If you insist on looking for it, only death and destruction will be the price!
