Strong western style, very characteristic cartoon.

The metaphor about the water capitalist is also very interesting. The residents and the mayor of the rat tribe represent the living conditions of three different classes, and the neighbors are very different.
The soundtrack and art design are very charming, and the natural interspersed by the four little birds is also very impressive. Although it is a bit old-fashioned ending, some details are really exquisite, and the feeling of light and shadow at the crossing of the road is quite amazing.
