Briefly describe the opinion of an ordinary viewer

After seeing the movie poster, introduction and trailer, I said, another horror movie masterpiece is coming

One is the contrast between peace and tranquility and terror

Second, the use of religious elements

These are very attractive factors before watching, and this kind of subject can easily become a masterpiece because of its meticulous plot details and cultural expression

I came down with anticipation, and I have to watch the director's version. I'm afraid that the cinema version will delete the cowhide plot.

However, although the movie is the style I expected, there are still many shortcomings in the refreshing situation. In fact, the movie is certainly good, but my expectations are too high and too high, and I am a little disappointed in the end

On the other hand, it is also my affirmation of the movie. I watched Sister Ma a few days ago, and I applauded the sloppy plot. This is because I don't have high requirements for B-grade films.

The storyline of the movie is basically complete, and the characters are almost the same. These are my requirements for Sister Ma. Here are two more thoughts on Midsummer Night

First, the film's control of details. I think details are a very important factor in testing whether a horror film is a masterpiece. The characteristic of this type of film is that you have to read the film review after watching the whole film, and then recall the details in the film, so you can applaud. There are many details in this film, such as murals, etc., which are unique and correspond in the film. But like commenting us, the story is not well told, so don't be fancy. Although the story is basically complete, there are still a lot of bugs, many twists and turns, and emotions are not expressed.

Second, the film's control of religious background. This also has advantages and disadvantages. The advantage is that the culture is rich and diverse, which is worth investigating. The disadvantage is that the layout of the background is poor, the props are not enough, the extras are not enough, the scene is not big or small, and it even looks like a stage play. It can be said to be a masterpiece in breadth, but it is somewhat lacking in depth.

This film is very eye-catching, tell me what I like about it. It is an extreme perversion hidden in a peaceful and peaceful tone. So much so that the back will be very cold to see such a sacred and warm scene. Bloody violence is a matter of course, very harmonious, very smooth, completely unaffected by the tone of its metamorphosis, and even added a lot of color. This piece of blood plasma is not as much as I thought (I thought it would be blackened and flying all over the sky in the later stage), but several bloody scenes were handled very well, very real, very dazzling, and the props were real. There are also cult-like crazy elements, sacred chaos, and calm blood.

But it's not a masterpiece. I may be biased, but the reality is that if you get this big IP, you should have the confidence to shoot it perfectly. The advantages of this film are of course needless to say, and some of its shots are not tense, artistic or smooth, and the soundtrack is not satisfactory. Take a film Stoke that I watched a long time ago. The characters are fully reflected in the plot. You don't need to say it, and the audience can feel it during the progress of the film. The shots are artistic and stern, everything is done naturally, and individual scenes, such as the part of the female master bathroom, are simply fairy-level performances and soundtracks, so I won't say more here.

In short, this is a good example of a horror movie that hasn't been good in recent months. After the surprise, there is always a bit of disappointment.
