A friend said she wanted to watch this movie for a long time, so I watched it piece by piece for her this semester (?) Before listening to "The Greatest Show" and "Never Enough", I didn't feel much better. Halfway through the movie, I ran to the loop album and found " Rewrite The Stars" and "A Million Dreams" are really big. There is no need to say more about the plot. It is a standard fairy tale-like development where you can guess the ending after reading the beginning, but in order to fit the atmosphere of the whole movie, only this direction is comfortable. But I personally think that it can be a little more fairy tale, such as letting Jenny discover her true self instead of acting as a character who can't help but be a little "villain" (but the plot seems to lack twists and turns). But "This is me", one of the big themes, is really useful in modern values. When I saw the last circus in the tent, I suddenly realized that this is still a story about the origin of the circus. So the circus must be set on fire is also a continuation of the tradition (?) Maybe I still don't watch music and dance movies, and it's a little hard to accept that the characters speak well and suddenly start singing. The place where the connection is relatively smooth is the part of talking about business in the tavern and talking about the table. Maybe I can more accept the "Sound of Music" kind of accompaniment warning before singing rather than the vocals. The movement of the mirror in various scenes is a little deliberate, but it is really beautiful and fairy tale. I still like it very much.
