I watched this movie with my husband. Before watching the movie, as a woman who likes to watch literary films, I have done enough psychological preparation - a grand epic or a violent and brutal action film. But looking at it, I think it's a very cute and warm movie.
Because the plot wasn't that tight, my LG's viewing performance caught my attention.
Whenever Robin Hood rides a high-headed white horse from a forest path, he unconsciously moves his body slightly. Probably for every boy, this scene is a heroic dream that they have had since childhood. LG is even more frank, His dream was a white horse, a sword and a faithful hound. Even if this dream is far from his current life, he still speaks with a desolate beauty.
Cate Blanchett added a touch of warmth to Russell. It can be said that her eyes changed from calm to surprise to tenderness, and then some reluctant and sticky changes promoted the development of the story. The Robin Hood we saw in the audience, It's the reflection in Lake Marian's blue eyes.
To be honest, the plot of the whole story is very simple, and the scene is not grand. Even the characters are flattering. Because of the relative simplicity, LG's blood is poured into heroism, a look of excitement. Maybe, boys watch action movies like girls watch sparrows become phoenix movies, and the complex mind is hit by the simplest things for a while.
It was late at night after watching the movie, but my husband was in high spirits. He was a Capricorn dancer at the center of the living room. Sometimes he made a handsome face to me, and sometimes invited me to dance with him. Very majestic and gentleman all night.
I am deeply grateful for this movie, although on the second day, everything was as usual. LG turned back into a very ordinary otaku, but the splendor of that moment was enough to make me smile.
