Grief sinking to the bottom of the sea

Time can only bury feelings, but not eradicate them. Once you touch any clue, no matter how deeply buried your feelings are, they will take root and sprout from the bottom of your heart again. When the grief that has sunk to the bottom of the sea hits again, life can no longer bear it, just like struggling in the water and only suffocating in the mouth, making a gurgling flooding sound. The saddest thing is not the pain that comes and goes like a tornado, but the pain felt every moment. Every day after you left, the world is still the same, the seasons are turning, the sea is still beautiful, but in my eyes, I am just in hell. The photo album you carry with you, the ship by the sea, and the chicken in the refrigerator are like emotional valves, bringing memories and annihilation. "I can't take it", just let me stay in this quagmire, maybe not struggling to obey is my salvation.
