Impressionist film, Reivew on Atonement

Impressionist colors, Debussy's music, and the profile of a girl in Sargent's writings form my initial impression of "Atonement". At the beginning of the film, a scale model like a castle is placed in the girl's room covered with wallpaper like Lori. The percussion has to remind me of Wong Kar Wai's 2046. The two actors who starred in, Keira and James McAvo, of course, are the leading actors who made me YY for a long time. At the beginning of his Becoming Jane, I also have a deep memory of this niche image. Both of them have performed movies adapted from famous novels, but Keira's image is too modern, and a few shots can't help but make me think it is Dior or a big brand advertisement. At that time, women were not so thin on the upper body and their shoulders were not so big. The child's character is probably the most successful, and it's exactly the same as Sargent's sketches.
