The male protagonist is youthful and invincible, and the female protagonist is honest and infatuated. In contrast, the male protagonist's parents are more eye-catching.

At the end, I got goosebumps watching the pirate captain wink at the hero's former rival. De Niro can really act.
All in all, it's a movie with a better supporting cast.
