Many successful psychology books emphasize that in order to understand the world, you must first understand yourself.

The question of extraterrestrial life is one of the deepest philosophical and scientific questions, providing insight into our own place in the universe. Not only that, but it's an excellent mirror of our hopes and fears in a rather religious way. This sci-fi film is different from science-fiction films in the previous sense in that it focuses its energy on discussions about science fiction and religion.
However, from the perspective of film length and visual effects, it is not recommended for general audiences. Because there are no visual effects, he does not want to attract people's attention with the perspective effect, but wants to show human beings' thinking about themselves in the way of exploring alien life.
The film is based on Carl. Sagan. He was both a Pulitzer Prize-winning writer and a true scientist. Carl is an active proponent of space exploration, contributing to the vast majority of unmanned exploration programs in the solar system. Much of his work has changed our understanding of Earth's place in the universe.
At the end of the film, the subtitle to carl in the lower right corner under the starry sky is a tribute to him.
