I think it's a reformation of cyborgs and aliens

My brain hole is: I think Walter is not dead, it is David who implanted the memory into Walter's body. Walter's body is an upgraded version of David, and he thinks that it is very likely that the DNA of biological information (possibly insects or deep-sea creatures) is implanted in the body, so it has the function of self-repair. When David pulled out Walter's memory, he still had some memories in his body, so he woke up and attacked David. At the end of the fight, I think David knew about Walter's weakness and threatened it with a knife. Then ask Walter to implant David's memory memory into Walter's body. Walter had no choice but to let himself die (his belief is to protect human beings, and he can't protect him if he died), so he had to implant David's memory into his body. In the movie, Walter was hesitant and contradictory after getting on the spaceship, so I think it was Walter's body (with a small part of Walter's memory in his body) that coexisted with David's memory. So how did the alien egg appear in the end? It was David's experiment after their body and memory coexisted. After Walter woke up, David manipulated Walter's body to go to the alien egg. The alien egg could sense part of the biological DNA on Walter's body and then The faceworm implanted its eggs into Walter's body. Because the DNA of the body can't develop the alien egg but can absorb Walter's regeneration ability, the alien egg has become stronger, and it's very scary to think about it! ! !
