Almost Famous' has too strong a flavor. I almost can't handle it... Drugs, promiscuity accompanying Rock'n Roll, that's not what Rock'n Roll is about. Neither is what youth about. At least, not for me , but I know about Kate Hudson in this movie. She was smoking hot. I searched her. You know what? I have seen a movie where she was an actress. That movie is 'Bride Wars' (Ok, I admit I watched that movie because of Anne Hathaway.) I can barely recognize Kate in 'Almost Famous', where her eyes were full of aura, totally different from what she looked like in 'Bride Wars'. I have to sigh out: time is so merciless.
