Whether human beings can travel through time and space in the future, some of my insights

After reading it, I have been wondering whether human beings can travel through time and space in the future. I want to understand a little bit, that is, in the future, human beings may be able to travel back to the past, but they cannot change the past. Maybe they can only watch the past like a ghost and go to the present according to the timeline, but it is absolutely impossible to travel to the future, let alone change the future. .
Why this is the case, one can make an assumption. Assuming that humans in the future can travel back to the past and change everything that happened in the past, then humans in the future can bring the latest technology or time-travel technology to us now, then there will be a paradox, the current technology is what the future brings to us Our future technology will become what the past self learned from the future, and finally it will become the future of this technology brought to the present, and the past learning comes from the future. There is no such thing as who invented it, because the technology of the future appears out of thin air.
Let’s make another assumption that we have mastered the technology that travels to the future, then we can completely learn and master it by traveling to the highest level of technology before the destruction of mankind, but if we ask people in the future, who invented these technologies, the future Humans answer that the past self learned from the present who traveled to the future after inventing time-space travel technology, then the same paradox will arise, and technology has become out of thin air. Because no technology has been invented, it is only necessary to travel through time and space to master the latest technology in the future.
Therefore, time travel not only cannot change the future, but it is also impossible to travel to the future. But it is possible to go back to the past, but the same cannot be changed.
