Isn't this the movie version of the homeless story I saw back then? (severe spoilers)

One day in 1945, a mysterious baby girl appeared in an orphanage in Cleveland, and no one knew who her parents were. She grew up alone, without anyone to associate with her. Until one day in 1963, she inexplicably fell in love with a homeless man, but when she found out that she was pregnant with a homeless child, the homeless disappeared. When she gave birth to a child in the hospital, the doctor found that she had both sexes. Sexual organs, in order to save her life, she underwent sex reassignment surgery. Unfortunately, the little girl she just gave birth was kidnapped by a mysterious person again. A series of blows knocked him down, and finally he became a tramp. One day in 1978, he walked into a small bar drunk and told an older barman of his misfortune. The guy sympathized with him and offered to help him find the homeless man who made "him" pregnant and disappeared, on the condition that he must join the "time travel special forces". Together, they enter a time machine back to 1963, where a homeless man inexplicably falls in love with an orphan-grown girl and impregnates her. The guy traveled by the time machine for more than 9 months, went to the hospital and snatched the newborn baby girl, and used the "time car" to take the baby back to 1945 and put her in an orphanage in Cleveland. The bewildered bum was brought back to 1985, where he joined the "Time Traveling Special Forces" and managed to get his way there. One day, the organization arranged a special mission for him: fly back to 1970, disguise himself as a bar clerk and pull a homeless man into the house.
