Overwhelmed by the hustle and bustle of the prosperous world, the instinct hidden in the heart - love

All greatness is written stroke by stroke in the ordinary

A prosperous and vain appearance is far inferior to an honest heart

We have been erased by the world and our sharpness seems to have grown up, but we have lost our original intention

The world thinks that I am immune to all poisons, but no one can see the fragility of my heart

I thought that people were superior to others, but who has achieved that only one person has to wait for a lifetime

It's easy to want to do something, but it's really hard to keep doing it

A dog is very spiritual. Before dying, it will go to a place where you can't find it.

It just doesn't want you to watch its life die

It can only bring you this last gift

never forget the one you love

I know the ending of the story, but it still touches my heart when I watch it again. It's been a long time.

Impressed by a handful

I just hope that after a few years I can still have the ability to love

But I don't want to love someone anymore, I'm afraid to face life and death, I'm afraid to live in

no more in your life

Thank you for always being with me

    Cate Wilson: Ken...

    [silent for a while]

Cate Wilson: It's been a while.

    Ken: It certainly has.

Cate Wilson: It's ten years. Can you believe it?

Heather: So even if Columbus got lost and wasn't the first to discover America, he's still my hero. He was really brave to sail in such a tiny ship over a really big ocean. And because of him, we get Columbus Day off of school.

Teacher: Thank you Heather. Uh, Ronnie? Tell us about your hero.

Ronnie - 11 years: [writes HACHIKO on the blackboard] Hachiko was my grandfather Wilson's dog. Everyone called Hachi a mystery dog because they never really knew where he came from. Maybe Hachi escaped from a dog pound. Or maybe he jumped out of somebody's car some place far away, like Florida or New Jersey. But no matter how, Hachi was lost.
