Hey, there's a logical paradox here, if Skynet is destroyed, why does the governor still exist?
If the impact on a certain time node will not cause logical collapse, then why travel through time?
Who sent the governor back to 1973?

So is the real pit: the governor was sent back by Skynet, Sara's parents were actually killed by the governor, or Skynet erased the governor's memory and asked him to kill the robot that killed Sara's parents and protect Sara, so as to protect Sara from the dead. When entering liquid metal, let the original Skynet copy migrate to the governor. Skynet played a big game of chess to get himself out of the loop of logical paradox. Well, it's time for a sequel.
