The animated Mulan is one of the Disney princess series, but I just think Mulan is the least princess. There is no magic in her story, no fairies, no incomparable beauty and attracted princes. Everything about Mulan depends on her own efforts.
The origin of this story is that the elderly father was forced to join the army, so Mulan shaved off her long hair, put on a military uniform, and went to the battlefield instead of her father. Although Mushu accompanied him all the way, Mulan finally defeated the Xiongnu with the help of her comrades and her own bravery. A girl with no bravery figure, quietly hid in a military camp where life was not convenient, and finally relied on her and her teammates' real strategy and bravery to defeat the enemy and save the country.
Mulan is an outlier among Disney princesses. She has never owned all of the princess's dazzling peripherals, but she has truly protected the country and the people. She is the most princess-like princess.
