The story begins with a horrifying lethal injection. The death row prisoner was injected with three drugs in a row. What should have been a permanent sleep, turned into a cruel torture. The death row prisoner howled for a long time before he died. This scene shocked dozens of people Afterwards, the police felt that this was not an accident, but a revenge. Sure enough, the injected drug was replaced with poison, so who did it? Why did he do this? This goes back ten years ago. The death row inmate was involved in a heinous crime. He and an accomplice broke into a warm home. The accomplice brutally murdered his wife and daughter in front of a father. Later Two criminals were convicted, but the sentence was unfair. The one who did not kill was given a suspended death sentence with a 10-year reprieve. The demon who murdered was only sentenced for three years. Everything was related to the devil. After the sentence, the grieving father saw with his own eyes. Watching his lawyer shake hands with the demon, he turned away and disappeared for 10 years. After 10 years, when the demon saw the news of his companion's tragic execution, he smiled coldly. He didn't know the gate of hell. It had been opened for him, when the phone rang, a voice on the phone told him that the police had caught him, the demon looked out the window, and sure enough, he ran quickly, following the instructions of the mysterious phone, the demon escaped the police step by step, and finally He was directed to a police car. There was a sleeping policeman in the car. The devil got in, snatched the policeman's gun, woke the policeman, and threatened him to drive for his life. Soon after, the police car stopped in an abandoned warehouse. The devil was about to shoot and kill the policeman when the phone rang, the devil answered, the voice on the phone came from the policeman in front of him, when the man turned around and took off his wig, the devil finally recognized that it was disappearing for 10 years The man who pulled the trigger, who knew that the gun had pierced many spikes, and the poison on the thorns entered the demon's body, and he couldn't move. The man told him that the poison would only make him unable to move, but what did he do? I can feel it, and then the revenge will begin. The man will tie the devil with all kinds of knives, take out a variety of knives, and introduce to the devil which knife to use for cutting, and then give the devil adrenaline to ensure that he will not faint. Liu, a few days later, the police found the demon's body. He had become 25 pieces of meat. Even the senior police detective couldn't help but vomit when he saw the scene. The warehouse belonged to him, so the police force was dispatched to come to his home to arrest him, but he was waiting for the police at home. Is this the end of ten years of forbearance? No, his revenge has only just begun...

This is a high-IQ crime film. The film creates an image of a great father who has flesh and blood, and who has revenge. A late justice is enough to ruin an ordinary person's happy life.

Law Abiding Citizen quotes

  • Clyde Shelton: [Surprised to see Nick in his cell] I wasn't expecting company. Yeah, I would have -- I would have cleaned up a little.

Nick Rice: Never seen anybody tunnel into prison before. And the solitary confinement? That was clever.

Clyde Shelton: Well, that's how winners play. We "convince" the other guy that he's making all the right moves. So, did you ever catch my accomplice?

Nick Rice: Yeah, I did. It's the end of the road for you now. You played us, Clyde. You played us real good.

Clyde Shelton: Thank you. You know, I'm glad you finally get to appreciate some of the effort that I put into all of this.

Nick Rice: Well, you set out to make a point, Clyde. You made it.

Clyde Shelton: No, people still don't get it. They don't appreciate what I'm trying to say, Nick, but they will soon enough.

Nick Rice: A man I cared about once told me that we can't retract the decisions that we've made, we can only affect the decisions we're going to make from here.

Clyde Shelton: Are you trying to save me now, Nick?

Nick Rice: I'm giving you a way out. Big difference. Stand up for those principles you've been preaching. See, we're all held accountable, Clyde. That includes you. Why don't we do the right thing here?

Clyde Shelton: I'm doing the right thing, Nick. You just have to see it that way.

Nick Rice: By murdering all those people, all you're doing is destroying the memory of your daughter and causing the same pain that you're suffering from.

Clyde Shelton: So what do you suggest, Nick? Make another deal? One final offer? Is that what it is?

Nick Rice: I don't make deals with murderers anymore, Clyde. You taught me that.

Clyde Shelton: [scoffs] Finally. Well done. Bravo. Maybe I wasn't such a bad teacher after all.

Nick Rice: If you go through with this, Clyde, it's a decision you'll have to live with for the rest of your life.

  • Nick Rice: [Tasting his daughter's French toast] It's very good, you cook better than your mother.

Kelly Rice: [Upon entering the kitchen from another room] I heard that! Are you going to our daughter's recital this afternoon?

Nick Rice: I thought you were going to order the DVD.

Kelly Rice: That's not the same.

Denise Rice: [to Kelly] It's okay, I know Dad's got to work.

Nick Rice: That's right! Dad's got to work. And what does Dad do during the day?

Denise Rice: Lock up bad guys!

Nick Rice: And why does he do that?

Denise Rice: To keep us safe.
