This time Robin plays the villain. It's about the police detective played by Al Pacino who goes to Alaska to investigate the murder of a young girl. As the investigation unfolds, Al accidentally kills his partner and is seen by the girl's murderer. Al was deeply troubled by the special never-setting weather in Alaska's summer. He lost sleep for a few days, his thinking slowed down, and his principles were out of control. The murderer took the initiative to find him, and on the condition of mutual understanding, told Al to fabricate a piece of evidence to blame other people. When the case was closed in the process of fabrication, Al's conscience and principles still allowed him to find the murderer and die together in the end.
