I believe if there's any kind of God...it wouldn't be in any of us..not you or me...but just this little space in between.
if there is any kind of magic in this world..it must be in the attempt of understanding someone sharing sth.
I know, it's almost impossible to succeed..but who cares really...the answer must be in the attempt.
I am reminded of a lecture by a philosophy professor on "understanding".
It is basically impossible to achieve 100% understanding between people, because our birth backgrounds and lifestyles are different, and our understanding of each other's outlook on life and values formed by them must be different.
Therefore, we need to acknowledge this fact, how rare it is to understand each other, and how precious "Long live understanding" is.
So what do we do? When others don't understand you, please don't be sad; when you don't understand others, please be more tolerant.
