This one is a bit similar to the Conjuring series. In a haunted haunted house, there are always unexpected supernatural events happening. Don't think that the male protagonist looks familiar, because he is the same person, Director Wen's queen actor. I was overjoyed by the appearance of Leigh Whannell, the male god of the first movie of Chainsaw, who plays a member of the ghost hunt team. Of course, he is also the screenwriter of the film, fully explaining that he can rely on his face to eat, but he has to rely on talent. After some guidance, I saw Director Wen's intentional and unintentional thoughts and narcissism in the film. When the male protagonist finished class in the classroom, the camera focused on the blackboard, and the name "James Wan" flashed by. After changing the angle, the hand-painted Billy doll is particularly eye-catching. Is the number 8 below the director's molesting everyone? Hey, the Chainsaw Horror 8 is good.
In the film, the male protagonist and some of his descendants have a unique skill, that is, out of body. The bad result of the separation of spirit and flesh is that other souls (including some evil spirits) want to occupy the living body and become human after possessing them. One day, the eldest son was stimulated by the outside world, his soul could not find his way back, and he began to appear in a coma. The post-exorcist appeared, explained the cause and effect, and told them how to rescue the eldest son. At first, they just used advanced equipment to talk to another world, and they had to complain about the old woman's gas mask. Later, the situation became more and more out of control, and the exorcist suggested that the man take the initiative to use his skills to bring his son back in person. Just when everyone was happy and reunited at the end, the reverse happened. The possessed male protagonist strangled the exorcist to death, which means that the real male protagonist's soul remained in another world. I have to admire that, from the intervention of the exorcist to the end, it is almost always high-energy, without blood plasma, still playing with your heartbeat.
Regarding when the male protagonist is possessed, there are automatically two factions in the comments. One is to agree that he was raped when he was 8 years old. The strongest evidence is that there is no female ghost in the photos taken later. There is another one that I am more supportive of. After saving my son, I came back one step late, and the female ghost got into my body first. Because if he had been caught before, it is impossible for a keen exorcist not to feel it. No need to think about it, I believe that the second part will give an official explanation, and I will know the answer tomorrow.
