The Bourne 4

Although I didn't have any expectations, I still took the time to watch this sequel, and halfway through it, I felt that I could make a conclusion: a veritable mediocre work. It is conceivable that if it weren't for the reputation of Spy Shots, it is estimated that half of it would be flashy. The reason why The Bourne Bourne has gained worldwide attention is because of the sense of presence, rhythm, and authenticity that created an era. It's clear that this fourth episode, directed by a former screenwriter, is trying hard to preserve its merits, but it turns out to be like a cat and a tiger, and the sequel to the best action movie of the past 30 years has been reduced to a mediocre work. It's no wonder that Matt Damon stated that he would not act in episode 4 unless the former director directed it. Apart from personal emotional factors, he should not have confidence in the director of season 4. In addition, after all, the fourth episode was made up, not the original author, the late detective and spy novel writer Robert Ludron, the script level is two grades worse than the first three episodes. After this superfluous work, there will certainly not be a 5th film, only the first three films based on the original will be forever appreciated and praised by fans.

The story is a little thin, the script is not full enough, the first half is a bit chaotic, the last large chase scene is not bad, the connection with the first three is fairly smooth, Vichy's role is not clear enough, or Norton is more domineering~

The same level as Mission Impossible 3.

The Bourne Legacy quotes

Zev Vendel: It's looking very strong for us.

Dita Mandy: We have never seen evaluations like this.

Retired Adm. Mark Turso, USN: This went from something I don't know about to something on the drawing board, and now you're telling me it's up and running?

Byer: It's up and running. Consider yourself informed.

  • Dr. Marta Shearing: You've been shot!

    Aaron Cross: It's all right.
