"Pocahontas" - Singing, dancing and having fun

From a technical point of view, "Pocahontas" has reached a state of perfection and beauty. Perfect character shapes, smooth action scenes, magnificent seascape night scenes, and an adventurous story from beginning to end, yes, this is really a good movie.

But looking at the movies that Disney has put out over the years, this movie can only be considered middling. A large number of singing and dancing scenes alleviate the monotony of the storyline, and also highlight the thinness of the storyline. Maui's hilarious lyric and the Crab Monster's self-ecstasy can't salvage the tendency of the film itself to be too young.

Compared with an animal society framed by the story of "Zootopia", the complete values and worldview can only be said that this film brought some joy and relaxation to the end of 2016, but not too many surprises.

Samsung and a half. The beginning and the end are good. I saw that I fell asleep in the middle. There is nothing new. The scenery is beautiful and the song is good. Little pig is very cute, but unfortunately he didn't go out to sea with the hostess. The chicken's smile is relatively single.

The Disney princess who really feels the actor's urination... can actually mix with Stephen Chow's Journey to the West and the Mermaid

Moana quotes

  • Moana: [Tamatoa is about to eat Maui] Hey!

    Tamatoa: Huh?

Moana: [holding up what appears to be the Heart of Te Fiti] I've got something shiny for ya!

Tamatoa: [Tamatoa spits Maui out; awestrucked] The Heart of Te Fiti!

    [Threatening]

Tamatoa: You cannot run from me!

    [Moana takes off running]

Tamatoa: [Following after her; mock surprise] Oh, you *can* run from me! You keep surprising me!

  • Maui: [talking about his past] I wasn't born a demi-god. I had human parents. They took one look and they decided... that they did not want me. So, they threw me into the ocean like I was nothing. Somehow, I was rescued by the Gods. They gave me the fish hook. They made me...

    [exaltant]

    Maui: ..."Maui".

    [talking normally]

Maui: So... Back to the humans I went. I gave them everything. Islands, fire and coconuts. Heh, everything they can never get enough of.

Moana: You stole the heart... for them. Because you wanted to be loved...

Maui: [solemnly] It was *never* enough.
