I still remember the amazing feeling when I watched the first part of "Reaper Is Coming", those strange and unexpected ways of death shocked me. There is Yu Yong Kejia in the second part, and in the third part, it's a complete stubborn dog. Now, the fourth part is out, with a 3D ride.
Obviously, you can see that many lenses are obviously intended to show off their skills. If you watch them in a theater, you can definitely see screwdrivers, bottle corks and other items coming straight to the door. Unfortunately, for me who watched the 2D version on the computer, these have no effect. Apart from this, I can see the movie itself. In this movie, the method of death is even more tragic, thanks to the editors who come up with so many perverted methods of death. And everyone who died was chopped into pieces and died into a pot of stew. However, apart from 3D and the method of death, this movie has no surpassing the previous work, and even no attempt to surpass it. People who have watched the first part can easily guess who will die, and what seems to be hanging is actually a false alarm. Death is waiting for them elsewhere. If all of these are guessed, then what else is there to watch in such a film that uses sudden death as a gimmick? Also, I can't tell why, I think the people in the film are a bit "fake", as if they are outside the story of the film. The tone of the film also makes me uncomfortable.
