The American school youth movies have elements of openness, vulgarity, nausea, and narcotics. I personally feel better than the American school.
2 is 1’s outpost, 3 is 1’s prequel.
Whether it’s the plot, the actor or the heroine, it’s 1 to 2 and 2 to 3.
There are some Chinese elements in 3, of course with Western prejudices: sweatshops and five-star red flags.
The central idea is the release of human nature (the word "person" can be removed in this sentence), and to live a life that oneself thinks is meaningful, without being subject to the mercy of others.
