The movie feels more blunt and not as exciting as the book

I pay more attention to the childhood of the children in the book, but the movie is not that exciting. Dill Bucktooth Scooter and Jem really look uncomfortable. The actor who walks basically runs by Atticus gives me the impression that it is Roman Holiday. At first, the male protagonists who wanted to use the princess to get a sum of money were also different from what they imagined, but they haven't finished watching it. The most anticipation is that they saw snow for the first time and made a snowman together. Scooter said that the snow is hot Jem made Scooter follow his footprints or else wasted snow. Went to Miss Maudie's house to borrow snow and brought in five baskets of soil from the backyard to make skeletons out of twigs. So cute anyway.

I really like these kids Atticus in the novel

First time writing a short review, first time reading a novel and then watching a movie

7.0/10. In fact, the most exciting and moving parts of this film are all pressed in the last 30 minutes. The front bedding is too long and boring, it feels a bit off the topic, it would be better if it were shortened a bit. In addition, it was the first time I saw a court scene where testimony was far more encouraging than argument (Evey died well~).

    1. Prejudice is an irresistible force that makes people feel at a loss; 2. The fear of childhood is nothing but the illusion of nature, and the society that grows up is a fear in itself; 3. The language of the lens is excellent, and the light and shadow order People are anxious, that is a childhood experience; 4. Don’t kill a robin, and don’t hurt a kind person; 5. “You can never comment on a person easily until you really understand him.”

To Kill a Mockingbird quotes

  • Calpurnia: That boy is your company. And if he wants to eat up that tablecloth, you let him, you hear? And if you can't act fit to eat like folks, you can just set here and eat in the kitchen.

  • [to Dill about Miss Dubose]

Jem: Listen, no matter what she says to you, don't answer her back. There's a Confederate pistol in her lap under her shawl and she'll kill you quick as look at you. Come on.
