From wonderful to painful

The first 1/3 was really exciting. It was really hard to see the black man waking up because of insufficient anesthesia and howling as he ran away. I felt that the people in this company were simply demons. However, let's not talk about the various protagonists' halos when the two clones escaped. Just because of these two clones, how many innocent people died. Even if these are not mentioned, apart from the bad character of the male protagonist, does he really need to die? In my opinion, the male protagonist is worse than his main body. In addition, the normal logic should be that the people of the biological company should be punished by law... Most of them were killed by clones. This is really unacceptable. The audience still wants to see the victory of man (law, morality) rather than the super victory of clones... So the street throwing can also explain it.

What is a human being? What is human cloning? I don't like the clones in the play lying for the benefit of "human clones" and harming the interests of another group of "humans".

The Island quotes

  • Lincoln Six-Echo: Thanks for doing this.

Tom Lincoln: That's all right. I'd like to think you'd do the same thing if you were me.

  • Merrick: [putting microsensors in Lincoln Six-Echo's eyes] Don't worry, it's painless.

Lincoln Six-Echo: [in pain] It hurts.

    Merrick: [nonchalant] Not really.

    Lincoln Six-Echo: Yeah, it does.

    Merrick: No it doesn't.

Lincoln Six-Echo: Yeah, it really, really does.

Merrick: [after all microsensors went under Lincoln Six-Echo's eyes] The microsensors will move along your optic nerve. They will be uploading readings over the next 24 hours, after which you will pass them through your urine. Now *that* might hurt.
