Tim Burton wanted to create a different kind of Christmas, so he came up with the selling point of Gothic Horror Christmas. In order to be different, there must be great power, so the protagonist king appeared, and for Goth, the pumpkin king appeared. For a harmonious Christmas, so tired of the current but not bad protagonist Pumpkin King appeared.
In fact, what we want to see is the impact between the new Christmas and the old Christmas, and what kind of new method is a different kind of Gothic Christmas, but the story is actually about the protagonist's frustration in finding a new ideal and returning to reality in a timely manner. Old and new Christmas elements have become rigid backgrounds, but the protagonist is unpleasant and stereotyped, the supporting roles are few and uninteresting, and the enemies are very weak. In the end, it became a clichéd model show. If there was no exquisite art design of Pumpkin Country, the whole film would be a slag.
Pumpkin Country is beautiful, gothic , and
textured

. All to try a new life, after failure there is still a king to be. I ca n't
tell what's ugly about my
level Wedge, I'm just tired of life, only the solo singing under the big moon is beautiful And the plot to shock Jack? 3. Making Christmas: step by step, very flat and flat 4. Replace Santa Claus to send gifts : very flat, very flat Level 2. Pursuit : Sneak drinks

Jack's madness and dreams did not show, especially after he was hit, he realized that he returned to the hero role instantly, which is too cliché.
The woman's obsession with Jack and her own character didn't come out either. It felt like a female teacher who disliked the ugly master
. The world, so can't contribute to pushing or changing the plot, resulting in Jack singing the dream one-man show by himself, resulting in an ugly and flat story

  • Sally: I had the most terrible vision.

    Jack Skellington: That's splendid!

Sally: No - it was about your Christmas. There was smoke... and fire!

Jack Skellington: That's not *my* Christmas! *My* Christmas is filled with laughter, and joy... and this: my Sandy Claws outfit. I want you to make it.

Sally: Jack, please listen to me. It's going to be a disaster!

Jack Skellington: How could it be? Just follow the pattern!

    [holds up design of outfit]

Jack Skellington: This part's red, the trim is white...

    Sally: It's a mistake, Jack!

Jack Skellington: Now don't be modest. Who else is clever enough to make my Sandy Claws outfit?

    Mayor: Next!

Jack Skellington: I have every confidence in you.

Sally: But it seems wrong to me. Very wrong.

  • Jack Skellington: [singing] What's this? What's this? There's color everywhere! What's this? There's white things in the air! What's this? I can't believe my eyes, I must be dreaming; wake up, Jack, this isn't fair! What's this?
