I watched "Hugo" in the evening. Hugo, a young man with a tragic childhood, lived alone in the big clock of the station.
Winding all the clocks day after day. Live by stealing a piece of bread and milk every day.
The only thing that keeps him alive is a robot left by his father.
His goal in life is to restore him.
Because he stole some parts from the toy store downstairs and found it, his notebook was confiscated by the store owner.
In order to retrieve the notebook, he met the owner's adopted daughter, and the two got together because of Hugo's secret.
With the investigation of the two people, they discovered the meaning behind the robot and the life of the adoptive father.
The film is a tribute to the history of cinema.
The film opens up peacefully but not bland. When Hugo lost his notebook and silently faced the robot, his heart ached for a while. This is the only thing that supports him.
When the robot was repaired but it didn't work properly, he said, I thought I'd not be alone if I repaired him!
These words stabbed directly into the center. People live in a gregarious world, but they are alone. How many people are not like that.
After watching the movie, my heart is warm.
One cannot always live in the memory of the past.
But, memories are always good.
Instead of denying the past, we must face the future.
