game of the brave

1995 "Jumanji 1" 2005 "Jumanji 2: Space Chess" family comedy film. The direction of the two movies is roughly the same. Both children find a magical chessboard. After starting the game, every step forward, the things written on the chessboard will appear in reality: floods and thunderbolts, insects and beasts, meteorite monsters, fire and freezing, etc. Wait. The way to stop this is to keep playing until you win. The biggest difference between the two films is the setting of the venue. The first one takes place on the ground (the beauty is Kristen Dunst as a girl) and the second takes place in outer space (the beauty is Kristen Stewart) in
the United States . People attach great importance to family care, which is vividly shown in the movie. The first film was filmed in 1995, and now it seems that the special effects are relatively fake, but this does not affect the reality that the first film is more successful than the second film. The part depicting family affection in the film accounts for almost half. It is relatively rare in the middle, the laughter is interspersed evenly and just right, and the family integrity of the two generations in the ending is perfect enough (full marks for the ending). The second film was filmed in 2005. The special effects of various disasters and monster invasions in space were very wonderful (the Saturn Award for Best Fantasy Film was awarded after the release), but compared with the first film, it was much more commercial. It is worth mentioning that Stewart's bad and bad dick's expression in the film makes people like it, and it is simply a true character.
I have to say that the "Jumanji" series of movies has a wide-open brain, novel themes, full of highlights, and highly recommended.

Sarah Whittle: [scoffs] You didn't want to play either, Mr. We-Started-Something-26-Years-Ago-And-Now-We've-Gotta-Finish-It?

  • Alan Parrish, 1969: [angry] I guess I'm not ready for Cliffside then!

Samuel Alan Parrish: [at the door, shouts] We're taking you there next Sunday! And I don't want to hear another word about it!

Alan Parrish, 1969: You won't! I'm never talking to you again!

[Sam slams the door behind him as Alan tears up the brochure in anger]
