the rock... miss the days of 90's hollywood live action blockbusters...

My favorite and most classic scene in "The Rock"... Probably at the end of the film, Mr. Zhao Si holds a signal stick and the fighter jets fly over... This play can be regarded as one of the rare ones among the poison king Nicholas and the director who sells copies. Great movie...

Today, the classic and powerful BGM has been used badly by major training institutions and variety shows... Most people probably don't know that the soundtrack originated from this show... After checking it, it is really the soundtrack of Mr. Hans zimmer. Works...from The Lion King to Pirates of the Caribbean to The Dark Knight...Hans' soundtrack is almost a complete set of my favorite movie soundtracks...

I miss the Hollywood action war blockbusters in the 1990s...the 80s are too stiff and not real...the computer CG special effects are in the ascendant...all kinds of explosions are bombarded indiscriminately, and the action scene design is all trying to come true...the real adrenaline is soaring...like the real one Lies, speed of life and death, Terminator, saving Private Ryan, and this tHe rock...the pinnacle of live-action Hollywood action movies in the 90s...not like green screen, special effects synthesis...the visual effects are really good...but Finally lost the sense of realism... So in this era of flooded special effects synthesis... There are directors like Nolan who insist on pursuing real-life shooting... It is really rare...

But... Having said that... Computer special effects have developed to today... Compared with the previous era of bombing, speeding, and thick smoke... It is indeed more friendly to the environment... It can save resources to a greater extent... Protect the environment.

The Rock quotes

  • FBI Director Womack: Great job, Goodspeed.

Agent Paxton: [sarcastically, jokingly] Why don't you throw in a trip to Tahiti while you're at it?

FBI Agent: Okay, I'll deliver this to the Attorney General...

FBI Director Womack: [Interrupts and takes the contract from Hunt] Ah, no. You'll give that to me, there's a car waiting outside for you, thank you.

    [He rips up the contract]

Stanley Goodspeed: That's a signed federal document, sir. Isn't that illegal?

FBI Director Womack: You're not acquainted with the full facts, Goodspeed.

Stanley Goodspeed: With all due respect, sir, I'd like clarification. I gave that man my word.

  • Stanley Goodspeed: [last lines]

Stanley Goodspeed: [while looking at the microfilm by using a miniature magnifying glass that was left by Mason] Honey? Uh... You wanna know who really killed JFK?
