As a result, the show became Emmy's big winner this year, and I couldn't help but reflect on whether I missed something.
Watching the show this time, I just endured the procrastination of the first few episodes, and finally found a reason to continue watching after seven episodes.
In the play, the heroine's feelings for the hero, to be honest, come from a bit inexplicable. At first, the hero was illegally monitored. After the surveillance plan was forced to cancel, there was a plan to approach the hero with a purpose. When the purpose of the plan was revealed, it was Suddenly transformed into unforgettable love. Seeing this, my first question arises, is it really love between the heroine and the hero?
Going back to the plot after the male protagonist's prisoner committed suicide, first of all the blade that appeared inexplicably. In this section, in my opinion, except for the heroine, several other people are suspect. 1. It can be seen from the surveillance video that when Brody had a conflict with someone, David approached the interrogation table for a short time, and quickly backed away, and did not stop the conflict from happening. Why is david near the interrogation table? The play doesn't give an answer. 2. Brody just avoided the monitor when he had a conflict with the man, and I believe that the interrogation table will also cause a blind spot for the person in the same room, so that he can make some small movements. 3. Soul failed the polygraph test for the first time, which can be attributed to his emotional instability due to the imminent departure of his wife, but because of his emotional instability, this may also be the most real reaction. Despite passing the lie detector the second time, who's to say he's not as capable of cheating a lie detector as Brody? None of these dramas have been clearly explained. Personally, I think there is still a lot of room for improvement in the plot here.
Then there is the death of Carie's female informant. It is also unclear in the play whether the mastermind behind it is the Middle Eastern prince or the prince's housekeeper.
Then there's the couple who bought a house next to the airport. Throughout the show, the two appear to be there just to point out that Walker isn't dead and has treasonous. The question is who on earth notified the wife that the CIA was stalking her husband? With the status and situation of Brody and Walker at the time, it was absolutely impossible to know such confidential information. Including the Arab ambassador who later contacted Walker and turned to work for the CIA, but was discovered by Walker and killed. These two things give absolute reason to believe that there is an insider within the CIA.
But none of that was answered at the end of the first season.
Now that the second season has begun to air, I just hope that the second season can answer these doubts!
