"The Last Wonder"

Woo Yusen's work in this film is not very exciting. From the beginning, I felt that the rhythm of the whole film was strange. The black heroine in the movie is not pretty and feels that Tom Cruise has been enduring the pain of kissing her. The dull atmosphere in the movie was not completely broken until the final stage. As soon as the pigeon appeared, I didn't know that this movie was directed by John Woo. The boss of Tom Cruise in the movie is the old Mr. Hannibal we are familiar with, and his signature smile is still so ecstatic. The motorcycle chase and the hand-to-hand combat on the beach were very exciting. John Woo let Cruise put all his legs to work, and the heel strike after the flip was really powerful. Cruise's rock climbing at the beginning of the movie is really dizzying, and the scene is impressive. If I were climbing a cliff like that, I would have jumped off the temptation of death long ago...

Unfavorable female protagonist, long-term slow-motion close-up of fights, obsessive men and women, inexplicable Spanish elements. If a person with a virus turns into a zombie, maybe I can add a star...

Mission: Impossible II quotes

  • [on a beach, near the shore, Ethan slowly walks towards Ambrose with a knife]

Sean Ambrose: Go ahead, Hunt. Use it. It's not a bad way to go. A lot better than the way that bitch is going to die.
