"Nightmare World"

The film is constantly being interpreted and interpreted, but no one really knows what David Lynch really wants to do. He's looking at you from behind the movie screen. The movie begins by throwing the audience into a wonderfully eerie atmosphere. The opening paragraph where the actress was almost killed makes people feel illusory and confused. She stood on the side of the road and looked at the brightly lit city in the distance, as if she was looking at a Milky Way falling to the ground. The story gets more complicated and illogical as it goes on. After the blue box appears, the whole story finally begins to move towards the realm of total insanity. Whether it's psychoanalysis or dream analysis, the film does show us a disillusioned nightmare world. The stiff-talking, stiff-faced cowboy that appeared in the hilltop enclosure, who was posing like a bizarre alien at midnight. And the rotting female corpse lying in the room seemed to turn over quietly at any time. The little man who ran out of the blue box, do you need a sole to crush you all?

The films before and after Lynch are like road films in the spiritual realm. The road, the endless, unknown, dark-shrouded road. The traditional type of film crashes all the way, brakes and step on the accelerator, even if you hit a hitchhiker, you can always reach the desired end in the end. Lynch’s movie will fall into a pit halfway, or there will be no end at all, and you don’t know where the car will go. This movie is about nightmares, but also about the bright and beautiful Hollywood.

Through this movie, I have determined that I have no genes for watching suspense movies. I have been nervous and horrified from beginning to end, and I have no spare time to understand the movie itself.
