Sophisticated horror film

Having seen this classic movie on TV a few times before, I suddenly wanted to relive it during the holidays. A good movie makes people feel different and discover new every time they watch it.

The first is to be fascinated by the exquisite and perfect environment setting. Every scene is filled with a black horror atmosphere, especially the dead trees occupying most of the background, which is very atmospheric.

Secondly, there is the young and handsome JOHNNY DEPP, the whole pale and beautiful boy, the heroine has become a foil. Compared with this year's new film TOURIST, the difference is really far. . .

Actually, this is a downright horror story. Most of the recurring characters are dead, and horribly, and the replays of the hero's childhood memories are horrific. Medieval torture, dare not imagine. Relationships between people are mostly negative and pathological. Also, the scene where the hero cuts down the tree is disgusting enough. . .

After looking around, I found out that the author of the legend of Sleepy Hollow is WASHINGTON IRVING, rumored to be the "father of American literature". He has a book called "Tales of Travelers", maybe it's also about ghosts?

And the director of the film, TIM BURTON, has also produced such powerful works as "Zombie Bride" and "Big Fish". No wonder he has such a dual appetite ^_^
