After watching the first season, I feel that the original author has read the four famous novels, Journey to the West. There are many similarities between the character setting and the story line. The devil kills demons all the way, protects the lion cubs and restores the country? It's interesting from this perspective. The narrative method of the two timelines helps people who have not read the original to understand the plot very well. The appearance of the ballad at the end of the play has a very Game of Thrones feel. Personally, I think this drama is the best drama after Game of Thrones.
