Washington's performance is very personal. He is an actor who can integrate his personal character and influence the role he plays, and this film does not hide this in the slightest. The agent played by Washington is hot on the outside and hot on the inside, and has a positive attitude towards life; he has a good grasp of what the character needs, and shows it well through a smile and an action.
The point of conflict in the film originated from the prostitute played by Moretz who wanted to be free and resisted the shackles of the gang, and was seriously injured by the gang. ; But why such a calm agent would break out because of this, the film does not explain clearly enough, even the agent himself said "he doesn't know why he is reluctant". The role played by Moretz was obviously ignored by the director, at least the sympathy and ambiguous feelings between the two should be explained.
The following plot is typical of the 1990s action movie routine, with all kinds of high IQ counterattacks, smooth and fluent fights, but the fight scenes are basically one-sided, the process is calm, and finally the cruel Russian gangster is overthrown, and the protagonist returns. Live in peace.
Personally, I feel that some easter eggs or a preview of the progress and development with the heroine should be added later. After all, the sequel is already on schedule and will be released in 2017; as a classic textbook action movie, the ending is a bit abrupt.
