Every second is an inflection point

"Nikita" is full of disillusionment in life. The sweetness of life is fragile. There is a stingy and perverse hand hanging in the world, it is controlling everyone's path, and every second may be an inflection point leading to the abyss. There seems to be a confusion of values in the film. On the one hand, Luc Besson is deliberately glorifying violence (no matter the so-called justice or evil) and giving them a cool rhythm, which seems to encourage people to fight against their own destiny. But on the other hand, his rational logic will not change because of this, and he will still move towards the set ending. This is why his movies are so cool and so entangled after watching them. He disdains sensationalism, but will constantly reveal his orientation in the subtleties, and capture people silently like an anemone hunting shrimp. When you find out, there is no way to do it. This is very French, and it is completely different from the way most American cowboys have been fanning the flames for the last spike. People cannot choose their own lives, and love is not about salvation and destination-this film is very black.
