In the movie, the surveillance camera is quickly destroyed by the robber's entrance, so the surveillance video is useless.
However, all surveillance before the camera was destroyed was complete and normal. Afterwards, two detectives interrogated everyone who came out (including several of the robbers), all with suspicion, which is very good. If the police compare the video before the incident with the people who were released, all the good people have the video when they go in, but the three robbers don't. So, wouldn't it be easy to find out?
