Humanity contest

A battle of super smart people. The opening of the film is cool, and Clive Owen's awesome monologue is very engaging.

The opening music turned out to be an Indian style, and I almost suspected that I had made the wrong film. The content is completely American. The film doesn't have any particularly hot scenes, and it looks a bit trivial at first glance. A large number of shots are used to collage all kinds of New York citizens. They are either cold or indifferent, selfish or slutty or wretched...

The overall feeling is that the rhythm is relatively fast, and the duel between the masters is very good. Wonderful. It is no longer just a film about the battle between police and gangsters, but also inserts the key characters that affect the whole case: the banker who desperately keeps his secrets and the political brokers hired by him. The film focuses on a sharp contrast between the kind humanity possessed by robbers and the bloody hypocrisy of charitable bankers. Which one is good and which is evil? Reveal the good appearance, the inner things are corrupt.

The ending of the robber and the little policeman is perfect, punishing the wicked and getting riches, while the bad guy seems to be unpunished, but his ill-gotten wealth is taken away, and he always holds his most important secret, he The rest of his life can be imagined.

A crime film with a high IQ, the compilation is not bad, there are no big loopholes, and the rhythm is very tight. It is a story of a contemporary Robin Hood robbery of a bad banker and the police fighting wits and courage.

  • Madeliene White: Well, I'd love to tell you what a monster you are, but, uh, I have to help Bin Laden's nephew buy a co-op on Park Ave.

Arthur Case: [laughing] If that were true, you wouldn't tell me.

Madeliene White: [turning to leave] We're listing you as a reference.
