hatred. Todd, who was originally sympathetic, became so mired in hatred that he killed innocent people. Few can escape from hatred on their own, just as few can escape a swamp. This is fate. In the end, he gave up any hope he had. It would be much better if the contradictions of disaster, hatred, and crime were elaborated a little more.
