The first time I watched "The Coquettish Lawyer", I hadn't seen Poison Master yet. I saw that many people in the ticket circle were crazy about Amway, so I went to Baidu Cloud to find resources to watch it. When I first watched it, I didn't understand it at all... The first episode felt like a black and white silent film. After entering the topic, what does the dialogue between the lawyer and Howard and Chuck mean (the characters were not related when I first watched it). Clearly...), and the part where I smoked with Tim was a total dislike (feeling dark and not knowing what to say). The only thing I think is more interesting is the part where the gangsters and Kettleman almost signed a contract with a lawyer, hhh
After watching the two seasons of the lawyer and the third season of the poison master to understand the plot, I felt a lot more deeply when I saw the lawyer again. It turns out that a lot of things have been in ambush from the beginning. And when I saw the characters in the Poison Master appear one by one, I was really pleasantly surprised! (Suddenly I can understand the mood of the barrage army before hhh) Record a few places that I like very much~
(S01E01)
1. Opening defense
The opening of the authentic is a defense of "people who had sex with chopped-off head", whether it is the boredom of passers-by in the courtroom, the rehearsal of lawyers in the toilet, or the eloquence in court. Playing the sensational card... It's really a "lawyer himself". And the defense fee of $700 and "You thought it was a "Cadillac" is actually a dilapidated little yellow car, which can well reflect the identity of a lawyer who is middle-aged but very frustrated.
2. Mike's appearance
Seeing that Uncle Mike is so kind! Insist on asking for six stickers, don't do anything less, well, it's Mike himself.
3. Meet the Kettlemans
From the beginning of changing voice to pretending to be a secretary, to seeing Craig's little expression when he was about to sign, it was really funny and sad~
4. Call and meet Pengci brothers
Before, I only thought that the counterattack was really handsome (and I was especially happy hahaha), but this time I noticed that the lawyer was calling on the way, arranging for someone to buy "super classy...flowers that look expensive, but you know, aren' t." It's really Slippin Jimmy himself! And swipe the card to find that the credit card bill has not been paid, and every detail can reflect the character setting!
5. Meet Howard at HHM
Obviously already poor enough to not pay the credit card bill, the office was opened in a small cubicle in the foot room, but when he received the 2w6 check, he tore it up without hesitation.
Arrived downstairs at HHM and gave a close-up of the sunken trash can.
After seeing Howard, I found that the Kettlemans went to find Howard.
Go downstairs and kick the trash can.
Shared a cigarette with Kim and the blank dialogue "Couldn't you just.." "You know, I can't".
The first time I saw something I didn't notice/understand, I liked every detail when I saw it the second time! ! !
6. Go to update supplies for Chuck
Jimmy's dedication to his brother and Chuck's suppression of his brother have been foreshadowing since the first episode.
Jimmy worries that Howard is just trying to embezzle Chuck's rights, and he wants to cash out Chuck's assets in the company. Jimmy really felt sorry and understood after meeting Chuck's emotional breakdown. But then... Chuck pulls out his lawyer's "matchbox card" because he's started his own firm -- Hamlin, Hamlin, Mcgill, and doesn't allow his brother to use his name -- —James, M. Mcgill, also making excuses for “simply a matter of professional courtesy.” Especially "I am sure Howard would gladly pay the cost of new matchbooks and so on." It really made me disgusted, and directly told my brother that your business card is a matchbook? ? ?
At this time, Jimmy still couldn't see through his brother (until the later recording incident), always thought that Howard was playing his ghost, eh, very distressed.
7. Slippin Jimmy and Betsy Kettleman are ready for Betsy Kettleman
Introducing the lawyer's past for the first time - Slippin Jimmy! The next steps and action arrangements are also very lawyers hahaha! After some careful preparation, I ran into Tuco's mother hahaha! It can be said to be wonderful!
(S01E02)
The lawyer's clever tongue is the first test of the knife in this episode!
My favorite part of this episode is the part where the lawyer defends the skateboard boys. hhh, he has the courage to bargain with Tuco, a drug dealer who kills without blinking. Especially the detail of the bargain for "one leg" is amazing!
The part I liked very much was the part of the lawyer's daily routine, which was accompanied by a waltz (?), which was very emotional~ It reflects the incompatibility of this day-to-day repetitive life with the character of the lawyer.
The part of the lawyer defending himself in the wilderness laid a natural foreshadowing for the future~ Nacho heard about the stolen money and started to make Kettleman's idea~ Looking forward to the next episode!
