4.5. A classic within a classic. According to the information, the film was shot by John Woo in Hollywood and achieved good results in the United States. In contrast, another Chinese director Chen Kaige's "Kill Me Gently" is miserable. Face-changing, unlike the undercover swap in Infernal Affairs, is a physical swap. Changed the face, but not the heart. The shooting scene in the church in the second half of the film is really wonderful. Church, dove, these two iconic styles of John Woo's previous films have appeared again, with a strong religious meaning. The final outcome is still a happy reunion, a little fake, but I am also moved by the protagonist. Nicolas Cage looks very recognizable, even if he spends more money, he owes more debt. I bought this movie for 3 yuan on Youku, and it didn't disappoint me - because I looked for the golden signboard of "John Woo".
