Everyone will do whatever the commander says, even if you want to die. But this movie changed some of my views, I understand what is absolute obedience to orders. On a bloody battlefield, this is a must.
The theme of the film is not what this war is, right? How good is the American soldier. It's the question and answer in it: "Someone asked me why I want to join the army? Do I like to fight? Or is it quite a hero?" Don't give up, don't give up, fight for your compatriots. Maybe this is not consciously, everyone comes from the heart. He is a group effect, a kind of coercion.
